A treadmill is a device electrically powered or non-motorized generally use for home or gym workouts such as running, walking, and climbing while the machine is at the same spot. Treadmills are fitness equipment used for gym and home workout.Treadmills are either manual or motorized treadmills

It is easier to use the motorized treadmill because the belt conveyor is been driven by an electric motor or a flywheel, unlike the non-motorized treadmills which will require your muscle to move the belt.

One big factor of the motorized treadmills is the capacity (Horsepower) of the motor. This is so because the higher the capacity of the motor the higher the weight it can carry. So, it is advisable to look for a continuous horsepower of 1.5 because your weight and speed of the treadmill depend on it
